Bolton by Tom Street

This railway is based on stations of the old East Lancashire Railway and the Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway which swallowed it up.  It’s quite easy so no real need for a simplified timetable. This is my first submission and I hope not my last

Services between Manchester, Bolton, Colne & Bacup are included.

I didn’t use original timetables as some would be waiting forever for a train.

Sources I used for stations and distances are..

And the LMS Timetable for 1950s/60s..

I made this in the style of Beck’s underground map so more stations can appear and 1 screen only is used. It’s very busy but you can use signals in auto mode for the most part. Just remember the crossovers are used a lot so not to be used in auto.

The timetable is “toColne”. The developement railway (.dev) is “BoltonVeryLast” and the operational railway (.rly) is “BoltonVeryLast1”

Hopefully it will provide some enjoyment.
