Three projects had been languishing for years in the ‘Unfinished Projects’ folder – complete railways but without workable timetables. Timetables have been added so they are now listed in the main menu.

The ‘Unfinished Projects’ folder has been removed as users are encouraged only to submit railways capable of operation, even if they only have a simple timetable. Krizar has set up a new GitHub site at https://github.com/Railway-Op-Sim containing projects and ROS add-ons under development, so users who seek collaboration with others in developing their projects will be directed to his site.

The new projects are as follows:

London Underground Metropolitan Line by Bradley Kempster – a relatively simple layout from Uxbridge to Rayner’s Lane that should prove helpful for beginners.

London Underground Metropolitan Line by JK Wok – a detailed layout for more advanced users.

London Underground Central Line by JK Wok & extended by TUT – another detailed layout for more advanced users.

Clicking on these titles will take you to the relevant project page.
